Return / Exchange – Terms and Conditions



If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can return the order within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Registered Users

If you have purchased as a registered user, you can request the return from the Returns section of your account.

Hygiene Standards

We maintain strict hygiene standards for our products and reserve the right not to accept returns of products which:

  • We believe are being returned after use, washed, or soiled.
  • Are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods delivered to you).

Home Collection Service

We offer the option of returning your items using our home collection service. The cost of the return request is ₹100, which will be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time

Generally, exchanges take 7-8 working days to process plus the delivery time to your area. Please ensure the packaging is intact the way it was delivered when returning the product.

Exchange/Return Charges

In case of an exchange/return, the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering the new product to the customer location. As these charges are two-way, we request our customers to pay for one-way charge i.e., ₹100.

Sale Items

If an order placed during a sale is returned to us, only the amount paid by you will be refunded, not the current product price. Please note that there is no return on items marked as SALE.

Refund Method

In case of a return on an order, the amount will be credited back into the customer’s store wallet.

Return Period

We grant you a period of 5 days from the day the order was delivered by the delivery executive (for orders placed outside sale duration). If you return the goods within the contractual term of the right of withdrawal, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed after the goods are returned.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you have received a damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product on delivery, please reach out to us within 24 hours at +91 6362619287.

Exchange Stock Availability

Exchange of a product is subject to stock availability.

Return/Exchange Limit

An order can be returned/exchanged a maximum of two (2) consecutive times.
